ALEX DEVOLIN
is the founder and lead brow artist behind Brow Authority, known across North America for her signature soft, airy, hyper-feminine nano brow technique. With more than 12 years of experience, over 25,000 sets of brows, and more than 1,000 students trained, Alex has shaped her career around one mission: elevating eyebrows into true artistry.
She started her journey young at just 17, falling in love with the craft long before permanent makeup became what it is today. By 19, she opened her first medi-spa, expanded within a year, and eventually built three thriving locations.
Over the years, Alex took more than 40 advanced courses, explored every brow technique available, and became one of the earliest adopters of

Today, she works exclusively with nano, dedicating her craft to creating soft, light, lifted, youthful, face-enhancing brows with intentional strokes and unmatched precision.
Alex has spoken at major industry events worldwide, including PMU World in Miami, conferences in The Netherlands, Quebec, California, and beyond. She has judged international competitions and won 1st place in Canada for her nano work.
